Ordering and delivery

1 – PLACING AN ORDER
We need your name, address details, telephone number and email address to process your order properly. These data are not disclosed to third parties. Next, select preferred method of payment. To place the order, you must agree to the general terms and conditions. You can read these and then tick ‘agree’ in order to proceed.

2 – PAYMENT
You can pay via iDEAL or PayPal (EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover).

iDEAL
If you have opted for payment via iDEAL, select your bank and click for ‘pay’. Next, you will be forwarded to the internet section of your bank; login and the payment instruction will be displayed. Authorise your payment in the usual manner. Your account will be automatically debited for the amount and Waterdicht Amsterdam is immediately notified that the payment has been made.

PayPal
If you have opted for payment via PayPal (EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), payment will be made via the secured PayPal website. No PayPal account is required. You can also use a standard credit card to pay via PayPal. PayPal verifies the payment, the amount will be debited.

3 – PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT
After placing the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The order will be delivered within 1-3 days in Europe. Outside Europe it depend on country. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number.

Free shipping worldwide.

Delivery address
We will send your order to the address entered on the order page. It is possible to enter a different delivery address.

FAQs
Is the product always in stock?
The products on our webshop are always in stock.

Can I cancel my order?
If you accidentally placed the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then cancel your order. Any amounts paid will be refunded. Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been processed and shipped.

Is it possible to deliver to somebody else’s address?
Yes, that is possible. In that case, enter the correct information under ‘delivery address’ (if different) on the order page.

What happens if I am not at home?
Your order will be offered twice to specified address. If you’re not present both times, you will be notified that your order can be picked up at nearest delivery service point.

Can I pick up my product?
No, we are a webshop and we do not have a visiting address.
